INSIDE THE CLINIC

A quieter kind of clinic visit

Most pets are frightened by noise and by each other. The building is arranged to keep those two things apart.
Low-stress environment — matte flooring, sound-dampened walls and slip-free tables.
Separate waiting areas — cats enter through their own door and never share a room with dogs.
Four consultation rooms — disinfected between every appointment, with room for the whole family.
In-house laboratory — blood, urine and cytology results in about thirty minutes.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before your first visit

If your question is not here, reception answers the phone from 8:00 to 20:00 every day.
Routine visits work best by appointment — you can book online or by phone. Emergencies are always seen without an appointment, day or night.
Any vaccination booklet or records from a previous clinic, a list of current medication, and a note of what your pet eats. Cats should travel in a closed carrier.
Thirty minutes for the consultation. If we recommend blood work or imaging, allow another hour so results can be discussed the same day.
Yes. You receive a written estimate for any procedure and we ask for your agreement before going ahead. Published prices start from the figures on our pricing page; the final amount depends on the clinical assessment.
We do. Dr. Sofia Almeida holds dedicated hours for rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and hamsters, using species-specific handling and anaesthesia protocols.
